Help to write a loving funeral speech

This is a sensitive subject but an important one which I’m sure many of you will have already grappled with.

Some day you may be asked to speak at a memorial service. That’s when we find out preparing a meaningful eulogy is, to be blunt, a challenge. Mostly because we want it to be perfect.

To help I've grouped all the resources I have about writing and giving a good eulogy, including multiple examples of them, in one place, here: sample eulogies.

While we seldom welcome giving a speech of this kind, it’s useful to have guidelines and examples, either for our ourselves or to refer others to.
